Youth Co-Founder Program:
A Collaborative and Win-Win Model for Innovation
To further foster personal growth and collective achievements, the foundation has introduced the **Youth Co-Founder Program**. This initiative aims to allow youth leaders to co-create and operate projects, experiencing the full process from conception to realization through a collaborative and win-win approach.
Collaboration and Success: Co-founders will have clearly defined roles, each contributing their strengths to the team. Through close collaboration and coordination, they will work towards a shared goal, helping each other grow.
Joint Exploration and Decision-Making: In the Co-Founder Program, every member will participate in decision-making, jointly planning the direction of the project, facing challenges, and finding solutions. This not only nurtures leadership but also strengthens team cohesion.
Long-Term Commitment and Social Impact: Social service is a key component of the Youth Leadership Program. Through hands-on involvement, youth leaders will learn how to contribute to their communities, society, and the world at large, cultivating a profound sense of responsibility and social awareness.
